Henri Jules Bataille (6 September 1816, Le Bourg-d'Oisans, Isère – 10 January 1882, Paris) was a nineteenth-century French soldier.He rose to général de division of infantry, saw colonial service in Algeria, and fought in the Second Italian War of Independence and the Franco-Prussian War.
He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour.
