Warner Roller Schilling (May 23, 1925 – October 20, 2013) was an American political scientist and international relations scholar at Columbia University (1954–1957, 1958–1996, emeritus 1997–2013), where he was the James T.
Shotwell Professor of International Relations.He was director of the university's Institute of War and Peace Studies from 1976 to 1986.
