Frank Matthew Mills (18 March 1873 – 18 February 1925) was a Welsh rugby union forward who played club rugby for Cardiff and Swansea and won 13 caps for Wales.
He is best remembered as being one of the Wales squad that won the Triple Crown for the first time in 1893.
