John R. Hazel

John Raymond Hazel (December 18, 1860 – October 31, 1951) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

He is notable for administering the oath of office to President Theodore Roosevelt following the assassination and subsequent death of President William McKinley.
