Vice-Admiral Sir William Nathan Wrighte Hewett, VC, KCB, KCSI (12 August 1834 – 13 May 1888) was a Royal Navy officer and a recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
The Hewett Treaty is named after him.
