Thomas Arquis Howard (July 14, 1983 – November 18, 2013) was an American football linebacker in the National Football League.He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft.
He also played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons.He played college football for the University of Texas at El Paso.
