Annemarie Renger (née Wildung), (7 October 1919 in Leipzig – 3 March 2008 in Remagen-Oberwinter), was a German politician for the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD).
From 1972 until 1976 she served as the 5th President of the Bundestag.She was the first woman to hold this office and the first woman to hold one of the five highest federal offices of the Federal Republic of Germany.
She was nominated as the presidential candidate of the SPD in 1979, the first woman to be nominated for President by a major party.
