Emerson Hugh De Lacy (May 9, 1910 – August 19, 1986) was an American politician and socialist.He served on the Seattle City Council from 1937 to 1940 and as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1945 to 1947.
He represented the First Congressional District of Washington as a Democrat.
