José Manuel Ramos Delgado (25 August 1935 – 3 December 2010) was an Argentine footballer and manager.He played for the Argentina national football team in two World Cups and had a successful tenure in Brazilian football with Santos.
He went on to become a football manager, working in Argentina and Peru.
