Sir Bernard Ingham (born 21 June 1932) was a British journalist and former civil servant.He was Margaret Thatcher's chief press secretary throughout her time as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1990.
He was knighted in Thatcher's 1990 resignation honours list.
