Vasili Yakovlevich Chichagov (Russian: ??????? ????????? ???????; 28 February 1726 – 4 April 1809) was an admiral in the Russian Navy and an explorer.He was the father of Pavel Chichagov, a Russian admiral during the Napoleonic Wars.
